SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY TERMS

 

1.1 In general

Unless otherwise stated, "delivery" means the first delivery following a purchase.

Laure Victoria Gaury will cover the shipping and insurance costs for this first delivery. Returns, subsequent deliveries, or subsequent deliveries after adjustments or repairs are the customer's responsibility.

Laure Victoria Gaury will only ship the purchased product after receiving payment or confirmation of payment in accordance with art. 1.3. and 1.4. of the general conditions.

Purchases on the Laure Victoria Gaury website are shipped worldwide.

Laure Victoria Gaury uses reputable shipping companies to ship valuable products. Depending on the delivery location, purchased products are shipped by the following companies:

among others: Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL or La Poste.

DELIVERY TIMES

1.2 Calculation of the time limit

The estimated delivery time depends on the delivery location and the nature of the product.

The delivery time is purely indicative and no rights can be derived from it.

The estimated delivery time is indicated in the quote and - if applicable - confirmed

in the order confirmation sent to the customer.

Shipping between 2 and 10 working days for items in stock:

Laure Victoria Gaury strives to deliver or have the purchased product delivered as quickly as possible.

As a general rule, the customer should allow for a delivery time of 2 to a maximum of 10 working days. In most cases, a maximum of 8 working days within Europe and a maximum of 10 working days outside Europe, from receipt of payment to Laure Victoria Gaury's account.

 

As a general rule, the customer must take into account a maximum delivery time of 4 weeks for a pre-ordered item, while it is being produced.

The customer will be informed of the exact delivery time upon receipt of payment.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Customer service will endeavor to notify the customer, by mail and/or telephone,
delays within 48 hours.

Our team strives to ensure excellent delivery times.

However, although we work with reputable delivery partners (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.), Laure Victoria Gaury can only control the "on-time" delivery of a package.

A delay in delivery can always occur and is therefore beyond our control.

No company in the world can guarantee 100% on-time delivery. Because we depend on people, regulations, climate events, and government decisions,

so that cases of force majeure may arise.

Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, war, revolution, terrorist attacks, disasters, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, measures taken by local and border authorities, and other similar events, as well as any event beyond our control, by which Laure Victoria Gaury is partially or totally unable to perform its obligations. This does not entitle the customer to financial compensation or cancellation of the order.

Therefore, a delay in delivery does not entitle you to financial compensation.

In the exceptional case of non-delivery or loss of a package, Laure Victoria Gaury will make every effort to limit the inconvenience caused. As our carriers are external partners, the customer acknowledges that Laure Victoria Gaury is not primarily responsible for such an exceptional event. Therefore, the customer is fully informed and aware that Laure Victoria Gaury will not give in to unreasonable behavior or legal threats that require corrective actions from Laure Victoria Gaury beyond its responsibility as described above.

If Laure Victoria Gaury is unable to deliver on time, Laure Victoria Gaury will inform

the customer as soon as possible and will agree on a new reasonable delivery date

given the circumstances.
