Our return policy is very simple.

For our dear clients in the European Union (including our overseas territories) and Switzerland, we offer a 14-day return policy, provided that:

• Your unworn jewel remains untouched, waiting for its next adventure in its original box.

• It has never been sent back to us for resizing.

• You have not played the return game with us for your previous jewel.

• Please return your piece within 14 days of receiving it – the postmark is your official timer!

For residents of our faraway overseas territories, exchanges and returns are also welcome! They may take a little longer and may incur minor customs fees.

So, choose with your heart the very first time!
